Fifth Edition of the most important trade event dedicated to the world of the Aperitivi, Digestivi and... Corroboranti! From the high vermouths till the huge italian and international liquor tradition, the journey through the local well drinking goes to Fico Eataly World

Aperitivi&Co Experience is the annual event by Bartender.it (LINK!) able to bring together the key concepts of the Italian bar, making them available to bartenders and Horeca professionals. Free tastings, cocktail bars and thematic seminars are the stages of a journey at the (re)discovery of a variegated world, made of liquors, vermouths, amari, bitters, cordials, creams, elixirs: the Italian expertise - which dialogues with the foreigner products without any presumption - is the protagonist of a unique two- day, a fixed stage of the month of March as early as 2014.

The 2017 Edition of Milan involved 60 companies, for a total of 100 tasting desks, 125 brands and around 400 labels, with an attendance of 3000 entries between Sunday and Monday. Next March, Aperitivi&Co Experience opens once again its doors to professionals from all over Italy, including those consumers who are passionate about food and drink and who don’t want to miss out on a visit to Fico Eataly World. The invitation is therefore addressed to those who conceive the ritual of the aperitif as the most appropriate opportunity to open the way for an ideal dinner.

In addition to the big exhibition space used as a tasting area, the international guests involved in the event - outstanding figures in the international bartending scene - follow one another between the Main Stage and the Bartender.it Experience: thematic seminars organized by companies that alternate themselves with a real School, in which the lesson with the speaker provides a direct experience of the involved themes.

Fico Cocktail Bar is the ideal place to test the quality of the Made in Italy know-how in mixology: the “Festival dell’Aperitivo” continues also in the week which follows the event, with a dedicated program and a series of activities that bring good food and good drink together, in full agreement with the most authentic local tradition of our magnificent Country.
